Read the shot instead of guessing at it.

You cannot judge a 1:2 ratio by looking at a cup. This is the glass that sits under the portafilter and tells you what actually came out — marked in millilitres up one side and ounces up the other, so you can stop the shot at the same point every time.

  • Marked to 75 ml / 2 oz in 15 ml steps, in a 100 ml borosilicate glass — 6 cm across, 5.5 cm tall.
  • Double spout sits under a two-spout portafilter and splits the shot cleanly into two cups; single spout pours into one.
  • Wooden handle, because the glass gets hot.
  • Short enough to fit under the group on small machines. Hand wash.

It is also the glass in the Espresso Prep Kit and the Latte Art Set — this page is here so you can see it properly and buy a second one.

The honest version

A measuring glass tells you the volume. If you want the number that actually matters — grams out — you need a scale. This is the cheap way to get most of the way there, and a useful thing to own even once you have one.

Hands stirring coffee grounds with a WDT tool during espresso puck prep60seconds

The routine

The 60-second routine

Most sour or bitter shots come from uneven puck prep, not from your machine or your beans. Four quick steps fix it.

  1. 1
    Dose

Grind straight into the portafilter. The magnetic dosing ring keeps it off the counter.

  2. 2
    Stir

Break up every clump with the WDT tool for an even bed of coffee.

  3. 3
    Tamp

The palm tamper rests on the rim and presses perfectly level, every time.

  4. 4
    Screen & brew

Drop in the puck screen for even water flow, then pull your shot.

All FAQs
Which size do I need?

Most De'Longhi machines use 51mm, Sage / Breville use 54mm, and Gaggia Classic, Rancilio Silvia and E61 machines use 58mm. Our fit guide lists every common machine.

What's the difference between the kits?

The Starter Kit has a click-stop spring tamper and cleaning brushes. The Espresso Prep Kit is our full workflow with a weighted palm tamper, tamping mat and shot glass. The Latte Art Set is for milk drinks and fits every machine.

How much is shipping?

Tracked shipping is free on orders over €50. Smaller orders pay a flat €4.95. Delivery takes 5–8 business days to the UK, 6–10 to Canada and 8–15 to Australia, always tracked.

Do I really need all these tools?

No, but together they fix the most common problems: clumps, uneven tamping and channelling. That's why they're sold as a kit. You can also buy each tool on its own.

Can I return or exchange?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items or swap to another size. See returns & exchanges.
