We ship Australia-wide, anywhere Australia Post delivers. Every order is tracked.

- Orders under that: one flat rate of under A$10, shown at checkout before you pay
Delivery times
Delivery takes 7–14 business days from the day you order. That is the whole journey, including the 1–3 business days we need to get your order packed and moving.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. These are estimates — customs checks, peak seasons and carrier delays can occasionally add a few days.
Your order ships from our fulfilment partner's warehouse. Items in one order may occasionally arrive in separate parcels. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order has shipped.
Taxes and duties
There is nothing extra to pay on delivery. Goods valued under A$1,000 are not taxed at the Australian border, and CremaKit is not registered for GST in Australia, so no GST is charged on your order. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
If a carrier ever charges you a handling fee, send us the receipt through our contact page and we'll refund it.
