If you own a Sage or Breville machine — Barista Express, Barista Pro, Bambino, Bambino Plus or Duo-Temp — your portafilter takes 54 mm tools. That is the size on this page. You do not need to measure anything.
A note on the confusing part: your portafilter measures 54 mm, but tampers for it are often listed as 53 or 53.3 mm, because a tamper has to clear the basket wall. Both refer to the same machine. Ours are sized to fit.
The kit
The Espresso Prep Kit, 54 mm — €79
WDT tool, magnetic dosing ring, palm tamper, puck screen, tamping mat and a double-spout measuring glass. Bought separately those parts are €103.70.
It exists for one reason: on a Barista Express the grinder clumps, and clumped grounds are why one shot runs sour and the next sprays sideways. Ring on, stir, tamp level, screen on — about sixty seconds, the same way every morning.

What it will not do
It will not fix stale beans, and if you are using the pressurised (dual-wall) baskets your machine came with, switch to the single-wall baskets first — these tools do very little inside a pressurised basket.
Buy a scale before any of this
