If you own a Ninja Luxe Café — the Premier (ES601) or the Pro (ES701) — your portafilter takes 54 mm tools. That is the size on this page. You do not need to measure anything.
It is the same 54 mm standard the Breville and Sage machines use, so anything sold for a Barista Express fits the Luxe Café too. Some shops label these tools 53 or 53.3 mm — same part, because the basket measures a shade under the portafilter and a tamper has to clear the wall. Pick 54mm.

Why the Luxe Café specifically needs this
The Luxe Café automates more of the shot than almost anything else at its price — it grinds, it weighs, it adjusts. What it cannot do is reach into the basket and break up the coffee once it is in there.
Every built-in conical grinder clumps, and a clump is a dense spot water flows around rather than through. The machine can measure the dose to a tenth of a gram and still send all of the water down one channel. Assisted brewing gets the numbers right; the bed of coffee is still yours to build.
What it will not do
It will not fix stale beans, and it does not replace anything the machine already does well — you keep the built-in scale and the grind adjustment. These tools cover the one step between grinding and brewing that no automation reaches.
If you are using a pressurised or self-adjusting basket rather than a plain single-wall one, try a single-wall basket first. A pressurised basket makes crema at the outlet instead of in the coffee, which hides both good and bad puck prep.
No size to choose
WDT tools, milk pitchers, shot glasses, brushes and the dosing spoon fit every machine. So does the Latte Art Set — worth a look given the Luxe Café's frother does the milk for you but not the pour.
You already have a scale
Unlike most machines at this price, the Luxe Café has one built in, so you can skip ours. Use the one in the machine and put the money into the puck instead.
