Refund policy

30-day returns

Not happy with your order? You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. This comes on top of your statutory rights. If you're in the UK, you also have a legal 14-day right to cancel your order (see below).

How to start a return

Email contact@cremakit.com or use our contact page. Tell us your order number and which item(s) you'd like to return.
We'll reply within 1 business day with the return address and instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first, because we can't match unannounced parcels to an order.
Send the item(s) back within 14 days of telling us you want to return them. We recommend a tracked service.

Refunds

Once we've received and checked your return, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 5 business days, and never later than 14 days after we receive the item(s). Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to process it.

If you return a whole order within the 14-day cancellation period, we also refund the standard delivery cost you paid. We may deduct from the refund any loss in value caused by using the item more than needed to check it.

Wrong portafilter size?

Ordered 51, 54 or 58mm and it doesn't fit your machine? Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll help you swap it for the right size. Not sure which size you need? Check our fit guide before you order.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If anything arrives damaged or faulty, or you received the wrong item, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund at no cost to you, and in most cases you won't need to send the item back. This doesn't affect your statutory rights for faulty goods.

Return shipping costs

You pay the cost of sending a return back to us, unless the item is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered.

Right to cancel (UK customers)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason. The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods. To cancel, tell us clearly by email at contact@cremakit.com or by post to CremaKit, Pasbree 32, 7103 BR Winterswijk, Netherlands. You can use the model cancellation form below, but you don't have to.

Canada and Australia

Our 30-day return policy applies to you in full. Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under your local consumer law, including the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
