Questions? We've got answers.
Everything about sizing, delivery, returns and getting the most out of your tools.
Sizing & fit
Which size do I need?
Most De'Longhi machines use 51mm, Sage / Breville use 54mm, and Gaggia Classic, Rancilio Silvia and E61 machines use 58mm. Search for your machine in our fit guide.
Which tools are size-specific?
Tampers, dosing rings and puck screens must match your basket size. WDT tools, milk pitchers, tamping mats, shot glasses and brushes fit every machine.
My machine isn't listed. What now?
Measure the inside diameter at the top of your filter basket, or send us your machine model through the contact page. We'll confirm the size within 1 business day.
I ordered the wrong size.
No problem. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll help you swap it for the right size.
Shipping & delivery
How much is shipping?
Tracked shipping is free on orders over €50. Smaller orders pay a flat €4.95 (or the equivalent in your currency).
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times include processing: UK 5–8, Canada 6–10 and Australia 8–15 business days. Every order is tracked, and you'll get the tracking link by email as soon as it ships.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, Australia and Canada.
Will I pay import fees?
UK prices include VAT and Australian prices include GST. For Canada, applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
Returns & exchanges
Can I return something?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in their original packaging. See returns & exchanges for the steps.
What if something arrives damaged?
Send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full. You won't need to send it back.
Kits & tools
What's the difference between the kits?
The Starter Kit has a click-stop spring tamper and cleaning brushes. The Espresso Prep Kit is our full workflow with a weighted palm tamper, tamping mat and shot glass. The Latte Art Set is for milk drinks and fits every machine.
Why buy a kit instead of single tools?
The tools are chosen to work together, arrive in one parcel, and cost less than buying them one by one.
Do I need all these tools?
No, but together they fix the most common problems: clumps, uneven tamping and channelling. You can also buy each tool on its own.
Using your tools
What is WDT and why does it matter?
WDT (Weiss Distribution Technique) means stirring your grounds with fine needles before tamping. It breaks up clumps so water flows evenly, giving sweeter and more consistent shots. It's the single biggest upgrade for most home setups.
Do I need a puck screen?
It's not essential, but it spreads water more evenly over the puck and keeps your shower screen clean. Most people who try one keep using it.
How do I clean my tools?
Wipe tools after each use and rinse stainless parts in warm water, then dry. Keep wooden handles out of the dishwasher.
