30-day returns
Not happy? You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. For customers in the UK and the EU, this is in addition to your statutory 14-day right to cancel.
How to return
- Contact us through our contact page with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
- We'll reply within 1 business day with the return address and instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first, because we can't match unannounced parcels to an order.
- Once we've received and checked your return, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Wrong size?
Ordered the wrong portafilter size? Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll help you exchange it.
Damaged or faulty items
If anything arrives damaged or faulty, send us a photo within 14 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund at no cost to you, and you won't need to return the item.
Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is damaged, faulty or we sent the wrong item.
