You can't dial in what you don't measure. Most people weigh the dose going in and then guess at what comes out — which means the ratio, the thing that actually decides how the shot tastes, is a mystery.

This glass has the markings printed on the side. Brew into it, read the yield, adjust the grind. That's the whole loop.

Specifications

  • Borosilicate glass with a wooden handle
  • Double spout for splitting a shot
  • Printed ml scale
  • Approx. 102g

Handy even if you own a scale — pulling straight into a marked glass is faster than tared weighing when you're just checking.

The routine

A better puck, in 60 seconds.

Most sour or bitter shots come from uneven puck preparation, not from the machine or the beans. Four steps address it.

  1. 1
    Dose

Grind directly into the portafilter. The magnetic dosing ring keeps your grounds neatly contained.

  2. 2
    Distribute

Precision needles distribute the grounds evenly and break up clumps before extraction.

  3. 3
    Tamp

A guided design that produces a consistently level puck.

  4. 4
    Screen & brew

The puck screen spreads water evenly across the bed before extraction.

All FAQs
Which size do I need?

Most De'Longhi machines use 51mm, Sage / Breville use 54mm, and Gaggia Classic, Rancilio Silvia and E61 machines use 58mm. Our fit guide lists every common machine.

What's the difference between the kits?

The Starter Kit is the essential four, with a calibrated spring tamper that controls pressure. The Barista Kit adds a universal dosing cup and a five-piece brush set to the essential four, for the complete prep sequence in one box. The Latte Art Set is for milk-based coffees and fits every machine. The Full Pro Kit is the complete seven-tool setup, with dedicated storage.

How much is shipping?

Tracked shipping is free on orders over €45. Smaller orders pay a flat €4.95. Delivery takes 6–10 business days to the EU, 5–8 to the UK, 6–10 to Canada and 8–15 to Australia, always tracked.

Do you need all six?

Not necessarily. Each tool addresses a different stage of puck preparation, and together they create a more consistent workflow. Each is also available on its own.

Can I return or exchange?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items or swap to another size. See returns & exchanges.
