The essential four.
If you have just bought a machine and the shots are inconsistent, this is where to start — a way to distribute the grounds, a way to contain the dose, a way to tamp at the same pressure every time, and a screen to spread the water.
What's in the box
- WDT Tool with Magnetic Stand — precision needles distribute the grounds evenly and break up clumps before extraction; the weighted dock keeps it off the counter
- Magnetic Dosing Ring — keeps your grounds neatly contained for cleaner, more precise dosing
- Puck Screen — even water distribution, cleaner group head
- Calibrated Spring Tamper — clicks at a set pressure, so every tamp matches
Two things to pick
- Size — your basket diameter. 54mm fits Sage and Breville machines. See the fit guide if you're unsure.
- Tamper finish — black or stainless. Identical tamper, just the colour of the handle and collar.
This kit or the Barista Kit?
Both cover the same four stages of puck preparation and both include the WDT tool on its magnetic stand. The Barista Kit is upgraded with a sintered puck screen and palm tamper for more controlled puck preparation, and adds the five-piece brush set.
The two tampers address different faults: the calibrated tamper controls pressure, the palm tamper controls angle. If you are new and not sure which applies to you, start here — it is the more economical way to find out.
Covered by the CremaKit warranty.

60seconds
The routine
A better puck, in 60 seconds.
Most sour or bitter shots come from uneven puck preparation, not from the machine or the beans. Four steps address it.
- 1Dose
Grind directly into the portafilter. The magnetic dosing ring keeps your grounds neatly contained.
- 2Distribute
Precision needles distribute the grounds evenly and break up clumps before extraction.
- 3Tamp
A guided design that produces a consistently level puck.
- 4Screen & brew
The puck screen spreads water evenly across the bed before extraction.

All FAQsWhich size do I need?
Most De'Longhi machines use 51mm, Sage / Breville use 54mm, and Gaggia Classic, Rancilio Silvia and E61 machines use 58mm. Our fit guide lists every common machine.
What's the difference between the kits?
The Starter Kit is the essential four, with a calibrated spring tamper that controls pressure. The Barista Kit is upgraded with a sintered puck screen and palm tamper for more controlled puck preparation, and adds the cleaning brushes. The Latte Art Set is for milk-based coffees and fits every machine. The Full Pro Kit is the complete 10-piece setup, with dedicated storage.
How much is shipping?
Tracked shipping is free on orders over €45. Smaller orders pay a flat €4.95. Delivery takes 6–10 business days to the EU, 5–8 to the UK, 6–10 to Canada and 8–15 to Australia, always tracked.
Do you need all five?
Not necessarily. Each tool addresses a different stage of puck preparation, and together they create a more consistent workflow. Each is also available on its own.
Can I return or exchange?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items or swap to another size. See returns & exchanges.
